What Youll Handle:
- Matters under RERA The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act
- Property law issues under the Transfer of Property Act, Easements, and related statutes
- Commercial contracts governed by the Indian Contract Act
- Consumer disputes under the Consumer Protection Act
- State-specific real estate regulations, including land and registration laws
Your Responsibilities:
- Advise clients and internal stakeholders on real estate transactions, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, and conveyance documents.
- Represent clients before RERA authorities, consumer forums, and state regulators.
- Conduct legal due diligence on property titles and development projects.
- Provide regulatory opinions and risk assessments on complex property matters.
You Are:
- An LLB graduate (20152022) from a reputed law school.
- Experienced in drafting, advisory, and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable interpreting statutes, preparing legal opinions, and reviewing transaction documents.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters independently.
