About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Investment Specialist / Consultant to drive business growth by identifying investment opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored property investment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate investment sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on financial gains and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify profitable investment opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential investors and high-net-worth clients.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients to understand investment needs.
- Present and promote real estate projects effectively, addressing client objectives and queries.
- Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and sales contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, contracts, and client interactions.
- Provide reliable after-sales support, ensuring long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while maximizing profitability for both clients and the company.
- Stay updated on property laws, taxation policies, and investment regulations.
- Guide clients through due diligence, financing, and transaction processes.

Skills Required:
- Proven experience in real estate investment sales or consulting (3-6 years).
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment analysis, and property valuation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze ROI and investment risks.
- Proficiency in English and familiarity with CRM software.
- Time management, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of property transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
