Real Estate Accountant - CA

Key Responsibilities:

Analytical Review:

- Analyse financial and operational data related to real estate projects to assess performance and identify key insights.

- Prepare and evaluate project feasibility by estimating total development costs and projecting potential realizations.

- Conduct occasional commercial due diligence to validate assumptions and estimate project realization potential.

- Monitor and interpret project cash flows and sales performance to ensure financial alignment and execution efficiency.

- Evaluate and approve project-related payment disbursements and sales registration requests in line with internal protocols.

- Identify trends, inconsistencies, and potential risks in project execution, financials, and reporting.

- Review transaction documents and provide critical inputs relevant to funding proposals and investment decisions.

- Provide actionable insights to internal teams and stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Qualifications: CA Freshers
