Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage: Guide and manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- B2C Sales Ownership: Drive B2C customer acquisition through outbound channels.
- Target Driven: Ensure daily/weekly/monthly KPIs are met or exceeded with a performance-focused mindset.
- Pipeline Management: Track leads through the CRM, monitor conversions, and strategize improvements.
- Sales Training & Development: Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and pitch refinement.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on sales team productivity and achievements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts.
- Culture Fit: Embrace startup agility flexible roles, quick pivots, and innovation mindset.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales (B2C preferred), with at least 3 year in a team lead/managerial role.
- Proven ability to meet high sales targets under pressure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a startup culture.
- Willing to work from our HSR Layout, Bangalore office.
