CPO/CPTO - We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Cofounder to join our team and lead the development of our dating app Rekindle Club. - The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative products that solve real-world problems, and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities : - Lead the product team to conceptualize, design, and launch new features and products that drive user engagement and retention - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless user experience - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to inform product strategy - Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the product and identify areas for improvement - Work with the engineering team to prioritize and manage the product backlog, and ensure that the team is delivering high-quality code on time - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate these into the product roadmap as appropriate Requirements : - A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Product Management, or Marketing - At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful consumer-facing products - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of designers, engineers, and product managers - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience - Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating the development of products from concept to launch - Good knowledge of front-end and back-end development is a plus About the Company : Rekindle - a unique dating platform for individuals who have previously been married (including those who are divorced, separated, or widowed) - is currently being incubated by Antler India.
