Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent.

Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for building and managing the end-to-end hiring engine for our India GCC across Hyderabad and Noida.
This role will own sourcing strategy, recruitment operations, panel coordination, weekend hiring drives, hiring campaigns, and offer-to-join conversion.
The person will work closely with Delivery, HR, and leadership to create a scalable recruitment model that supports the rapid expansion of our engineering, cloud, data, and consulting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Hiring:
- Build and execute a quarterly hiring plan aligned to delivery and client needs.
- Develop sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, vendor management).
- Partner with Delivery Managers and CoE Leads for JD finalization & prioritization.
Recruitment Operations:
- Run day-to-day recruitment cycles: sourcing screening interview offer.
- Manage recruitment pipelines, trackers, dashboards, and SLAs.
- Drive weekend hiring drives, virtual interviews, and walk-in drives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Align with HRBP for onboarding, engagement, and retention handoff.
- Provide weekly updates to leadership on hiring progress.
Candidate Engagement & Conversions:
- Pitch Hyderabad IDC Founding Team to high-quality candidates.
- Execute pre-boarding engagement to reduce offer dropouts.
- Dominate candidate persuasion: culture, growth, U. projects, work-life balance.
Vendor & Campus Hiring:
- Manage recruitment partner vendors.
- Establish early talent programs: interns, freshers, local Hyderabad colleges.
Reporting & Analytics:
Build dashboards for:
o time-to-fill.
o pipeline health.
o interview-to-offer ratio.
o offer-to-join conversion.
o sourcing channel effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years in Talent Acquisition (IT Services / Product / Tech Consulting).
Strong experience hiring for:
- Full Stack.
- Cloud (Azure).
- Data Engineering.
- QA / Automation.
- Experience running high-volume drives and niche hiring.
- Good understanding of India talent markets (Hyderabad + NCR).
- Strong communication & persuasion skills.
- Ability to work with global/U. stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset, ability to work in a scaling GCC environment.
