Role Overview:

- We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to manage sales operations, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth in the Delhi region.

- The role requires proven sales management expertise, market knowledge, and strong leadership abilities to achieve targets and expand RDC Concrete's presence.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Drive sales growth by achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.

- Develop and execute sales strategies for business expansion in the region.

- Identify new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct regular market analysis to understand trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

- Lead and mentor sales team members to enhance productivity and achieve performance goals.

- Prepare and analyze sales reports for management review and decision-making.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability.

- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all sales activities.

Required Skillsets:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in construction materials, infrastructure, or real estate.

- Strong client relationship management and business development skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking capabilities.

- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and presenting sales reports.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding and motivating teams.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in a competitive environment.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
