Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage retail banking fit-out projects end-to-end.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including architects, vendors, and clients.

- Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with safety and regulatory norms.

- Prepare project reports and updates for senior management.

- Support expansion strategies by delivering timely and efficient project rollouts.

Key Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in project management within retail banking/retail expansion.

- Prior experience working with a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) is mandatory.

- Proven expertise in commercial and retail fit-out project execution.

- Strong understanding of retail banking operations and expansion processes.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Only candidates with hands-on experience in commercial fit-outs, retail expansion, retail banking fit-outs, and PMC-led projects will be considered.
