RCM Business Solutions - Project Manager - Cards & Payments Business Analyst

Business Analyst Requirements:

- Preferred past Global Banking experience (not a mandate but preferred).

- Domain: Payments, Front End (App/Browser) - Strong customer journey exposure on Mobile or Browser.

- Sub-domain: Cross Border Payments, FX engine, Wallets, Payment Operations, ISO20022, Compliance & Regulatory Payments exposure (More than 2 geographies).

- Excellent communication skills.

- Agile exposure (at least 2 years or more), not just limited to Sprints and Scrum planning.

- Pro at writing EPICS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Running elaborate Requirement workshops, Backlog grooming.

- Understand end to end delivery lifecycle and role of a BA at each lifecycle stage, command on risk & issues analysis.

Delivery Manager Requirements:

- Preferred past Global Banking experience (not a mandate but preferred).

- Domain: Payments, Cards, Ops Transformation Delivery.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Agile exposure (at least 2 years or more).

- Experience of managing large transformation engagements, hands-on project governance experience, running/anchoring PSCs/WGs/Other relevant cadences, Managing RAID, Status Reporting, Financial Management, Investment/Business Case, Hands-on over tools like JIRA, Confluence, Clarity.

- Understand end to end delivery lifecycle and role of a Delivery Manager at each lifecycle stage.
