Position Purpose The incumbent, Manager HR Reporting and Analytics leverages a variety of technological and analytical tools to provide robust analysis of human resource data. This would include preparing Reports to the Senior Management. The incumbent will support various HR and business stakeholders including but not limited to Senior Management and Internal HR teams This role aims to improve the understanding and insights of human resource within the Bank leveraging data. Position Responsibilities - Monthly Dashboards or any other ad-hoc requests. for internal & Business Stakeholders (Using Tableau BI Tool) - Identify opportunities for process improvements / re-engineering & automation and provide solutions through detailed analysis - Creation of Dashboards by identifying and analyzing business needs - Central data repository management for HR. Data Requests from different business and MIS teams - Discuss requirements with all stakeholders and get stakeholder buy-in - Data Support for all the Special projects - Lead discussion with IT team and technology partners - Ensure all Dashboard and requirements adhere to Predefined timelines - Publish Regular reports for Senior Management and internal Stakeholders - Any other as may be identified by the Line Manager in consultation with stakeholders and otherwise Qualifications and Experience Requirement Qualifications - Graduate/Post Graduate with &gt; 55% marks and certification in Excel. - Preferred Engineering / BCA / BSc. IT / BCS / B.Sc./ MBA will be an added advantage Experience Essential - 5- 6 years in Data Analytics. In-depth knowledge of Tableau / R / SPSS / Oracle / SQL and other Microsoft Platforms will be an advantage like Excel Access etc. Preferred - Exposure to Creations of Dashboards - Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills - Ability to structure, plan and execute assigned work Skill - Project Management Overall Project Management & Execution, including - Assessing the requirement - Initiating & Planning - Delivering results - Monitoring & Controlling - Dash boards creations - Stakeholder Management - Has strong analytic and problem-solving skills Communication - Excellent written & verbal communication skills - Confident, articulate and professional speaking abilities - Speaking with clarity and concision - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Dealing with a cross-section of colleagues, influencing skills and building bridges to achieve desired results
