Job Title: Head Payables & Accounts

Proposed Grade: DVP/AVP

Department: FP&A - Credit Cards

Location: Gurugram Haryana

Eligibility: CA/ MBA Finance

Reporting To Head - FPNA & Strategy

A. Position Purpose:

The vertical works towards addressing and governance of Vendor and invoice management, Work Force Management, Internal & external Audit, and vulnerability within the bank for Credit Cards products. Position is responsible in handling a team and ensure effective output in timely.

B. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1 Vendor empanelment, due- diligence and compliance

2 Third Party Risk Management and audits (internal, stat, regulatory)

3 Management of Vendor expenses, invoicing and Billing

4 GST recon, taxation, reconciliation and Audit compliance

5 Monthly provisioning of Operating Expenses

6 Vendor Invoice processing till payment processing

7 Stakeholder Management, ability to maintain confidentiality

8 Responsible for enhancing Delivery/ Operational Processes

9 Responsible for BC details updating in IBA portal and reconciliation

10 Managing WFM - Work force management for business

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Qualifications:

- Essential Commerce Degree and / or CA / Management Post Graduate from a known institution.

- Preferred Proficiency is MS excel, experience of working on financial tools

Experience:

- Essential Minimum 10 years of experience in the Financial Industry, experience of managing a team

- Preferred Prior work experience with Banking Industry

Competency Requirements:

1. Technical Skills.

- Well versed with vendor bill repository (including data management, assessment, Analysis and detection)

- Have good Vendor Management and Audit skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office tools

- Project Management Skills

- Data Analysis, ability to visualize and interpret the data.

- Proficient in Power Point for presentation / PPT

- A strong communicator with excellent co-ordination, relationships, and team management skills.

- A good people manager
