Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Surat.
- The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive the achievement of business targets.
- The role involves leading the branch team, managing staff and their development, implementing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- The Branch Manager will actively engage in business development to attract new customers and grow branch profitability.
