
Job Description: AVP/DVP Credit Card Cross sell Analytics
Role Overview:
Experienced leader in Credit Risk & Analytics to drive Cross-sell performance and strengthen risk management frameworks for the credit card business. The role combines expertise in Credit & customer analytics for cross-sell book , with a focus on delivering sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end Analytics in Cards Cross-sell, spanning creation of logics for Loan eligibility criteria, Loan amount determination and Loan Pricing basis risk assessment and product propensity
- Product Responsibility: Personal Loans (STPL), Split-n-Pay, BALCON, In-Line Cash Loans
- Lead a team of 4-5 highly qualified analysts and design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
- Design and implement Pricing strategies to achieve target ROA & Credit performance
- Develop and execute Go/No-Go and line assignment strategies to improve credit performance
- Build and enhance customer segmentation frameworks to support engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics insights with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee portfolio performance tracking and dashboard development to provide actionable insights for senior management.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics within Banking/Financial Services
- Demonstrated people leadership skills
- Strong command of analytical tools and data management for decision support
- Knowledge of Segmentation, Decision-Tree techniques
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and delivering measurable impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree from a recognized institute in Management/ Economics/ Econometrics/ Statistics/ AI/ML
- Experience in Banking and Financial domains.
- Knowledge of SAS/SQL/R/Python is mandatory
