Raymond - Business Analyst

1. Cross-Functional Business Insights:

- Analyze and connect data across functions: manufacturing, supply chain, sales, pricing, product mix, customer profitability, and finance.

Build analytical models and frameworks to evaluate:

- Customer and product-level profitability

- Make vs. buy or inhouse vs. outsourced decisions

- Working capital drivers

- New capacity additions and ROI

2. Strategic Reporting & Reviews:

- Prepare Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), strategy decks, performance updates

- Own dashboards and insights presented to MD, CXOs, and Board-level discussions

- Track strategic projects and assist in their data-driven execution

3. Operational Analytics:

- Monitor and improve factory KPIs: OEE, productivity, quality, manpower, material efficiency, etc.

- Support cost reduction and lean initiatives with data insights

- Help optimize inventory, plant layouts, throughput, and part-level costing

4. Systems & Automation:

- Collaborate with IT and SAP/ERP teams to automate data pipelines

- Use tools like Power BI, SQL, Excel, or Python to simplify reporting and bring transparency
