Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership & Analysis

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business goals.

- Partner with the CEO/MD and executive team in decision-making and strategic planning.

- Drive business performance through financial insights and data-driven decision-making.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IND AS/IFRS/GAAP).

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax laws (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.).

- Manage tax planning, transfer pricing, and tax assessments/disputes.

- Ensure regulatory compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and other applicable laws.

Risk Management & Governance

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.

- Establish strong internal controls, SOPs, and risk management frameworks.

- Serve as a key liaison to the Board, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Team Leadership

- Build, lead, and mentor the finance and accounts team.

- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA in Finance from a reputed institute (CA preferred).

- 15+ years of progressive financial experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven experience in strategic finance, capital raising, and stakeholder management.
