We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time, on-site role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, supporting the development and execution of sales strategies, leading sales teams, and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in sales management and a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily sales operations within the assigned area

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team

- Experience in the fire and life safety industry is a significant advantage

- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
