Role - Branding Manager FMCG (New Product Launches)
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and refine the brands positioning, value proposition, and messaging framework aligned with business goals.
- Translate the brand vision into a comprehensive brand strategy across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead brand architecture decisions and ensure brand consistency across product lines and business units.
New Product Launch Management:
- Manage end-to-end branding for new product introductions (NPI) including packaging, naming, brand architecture, launch communication, and retail support.
- Develop go-to-market strategies including ATL, BTL, digital, shopper marketing, and in-store visibility.
- Monitor post-launch performance, consumer feedback, and brand health KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Brand Identity & Creative Oversight:
- Oversee the development and application of brand guidelines, including visual identity, tone of voice, and brand assets.
- Collaborate with design, content, and external agencies to produce high-quality brand materials (ads, packaging, digital content, etc.).
- Manage brand launches, rebranding initiatives, and refreshes.
Campaign & Communication Management:
- Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, print, social media, and traditional media platforms.
- Partner with the PR and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and storytelling.
- Monitor competitor branding and market trends to identify differentiation opportunities.
Consumer & Market Insights:
- Conduct brand health tracking, market research, and customer feedback analysis to guide branding decisions.
- Use insights to optimize brand experience and customer engagement strategies.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Buying & Merchandising, Customer Experience, and Digital Marketing to align on brand initiatives.
- Manage relationships with branding agencies, consultants, and creative vendors.
