The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning, generating new business opportunities, and building lasting client relationships. The role requires a mix of leadership, business development, and relationship management skills to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage sales operations for the Surat region. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives. - Drive new business acquisition and expand the client base. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Monitor sales activities, set targets, and track performance. - Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-centric financial solutions. Qualifications & Skills - Proven track record in sales management, business development, and client relationship management. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to design and execute strategic sales plans. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in the financial services, NBFC, or banking sector is essential. - Bachelors degree required (MBA preferred).
