Position Overview
Rashmi Metaliks Ltd. seeks a seasoned and visionary Head - Global Talent Acquisition to lead and strengthen its worldwide recruitment strategy. This strategic role focuses on developing and executing talent acquisition plans for mid-level, senior, leadership, and CXO positions-including expert hiring for global sales roles-in the United States, MENA, APAC, and Europe. The incumbent will also play a pivotal role in succession planning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Global Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for mid, senior, and CXO roles across key international regions.
- Lead expert hiring initiatives for critical sales roles globally, ensuring top-tier sales talent is identified and onboarded.
- Establish robust, diverse leadership pipelines to continuously supply the business with high-potential, future-ready talent.
Leadership & CXO Hiring
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for leadership, executive, and C-suite positions across international locations.
- Advise business leaders on international leadership talent trends, competitor mapping, and strategic executive hiring.
Succession Planning
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and maintain succession plans for key roles, ensuring organizational continuity and growth.
- Implement best-in-class methodologies to identify, assess, and nurture internal and external successors for critical positions.
Sales Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with regional and global sales leadership to understand talent needs and build comprehensive hiring strategies for high-impact sales roles.
- Develop innovative sourcing models for attracting sales talent with expertise in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with CXOs, line managers, and HRBPs to translate business strategy into talent solutions.
- Provide strategic counsel on executive assessment, global compensation, and cross-regional mobility.
Recruitment Process Excellence
- Lead a global team of TA professionals, promoting a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- Drive process efficiency, technology adoption, and data-driven decision-making in recruitment operations.
Employer Branding & Compliance
- Strengthen employer brand across target regions and represent Rashmi Metaliks at high-profile events.
- Ensure adherence to labor, equality, and data privacy requirements across jurisdictions.
Vendor & Budget Oversight
- Manage partnerships with recruitment agencies and technology providers, ensuring value and delivery.
- Optimise talent acquisition budgets while maintaining quality standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of talent acquisition trends, tools, and emerging methodologies.
- Act on data and stakeholder input to elevate the recruitment function.
Criteria Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; master's or HR certification considered an asset.
Experience 12-14 years' total TA experience, with a minimum of 5 years in global/regional TA leadership, CXO & sales hiring expertise.
Demonstrable experience in succession planning and building global leadership pipelines.
Proven track record in hiring for mid/senior/executive/CXO and international sales roles across US, MENA, APAC, Europe.
Industry Exposure Heavy industry, manufacturing, metals, or infrastructure experience strongly preferred.
Functional Skills : Strategic mindset, exceptional stakeholder management, succession planning, and executive search capability.
Language : Fluent English (additional languages a plus).
Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency with ATS/recruitment technology; knowledge of global compliance frameworks.
Personal Qualities High EQ, superior negotiation/influencing skills, analytical thinking, and global mindset.
