Description:
Looking for a versatile and client-focused Techno-Commercial Manager to support our sales and solutioning efforts in the Network Management System (NMS) and Element Management System (EMS) domain. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of networking and software environments, combined with strong business and client engagement skills. Prior experience in NMS/EMS or related industries will be a distinct advantage.
Key Deliverables
Client Engagement , Sales & Pre-Sales:
- Work closely with prospective clients to gather business requirements.
- Present product capabilities and tailor solution offerings accordingly.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
Solution Support:
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical/product teams.
- Provide basic technical clarifications and demonstrations with support from solution engineers as needed.
- Coordinate Proof of Concept (PoC) activities and follow-ups.
Commercial Management:
- Support bid management, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to contribute to go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts.
Project Transition Support:
- Ensure a smooth handover of finalized deals to the delivery/project teams.
- Participate in kick-off meetings and facilitate initial technical discussions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications or short-term training in networking or software sales would be an added advantage.
Desired Background:
