Job Description:

Strategy Development:


- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.


Campaign Management:


- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, email, etc.).

- Track and measure campaign performance and optimize for ROI.


Brand Management:


- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

- Enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market.


Content and Communication:


- Oversee creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.

- Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to produce engaging campaigns.


Budget and Reporting:


- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.

- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, KPIs, and return on investment.


Requirements and skills:


- Master's or Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field

- 5 to 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.

- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, and Google analytics, web analytics)

- Experience in setting up and optimizing offline marketing campaigns

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
