What You'll Do:

- Business Development: Identify and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, B2B events, and market research

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, plant heads, and procurement leaders

- Solution Selling: Present EMS/SMT solutions clearly, confidently, and with ROI-driven storytelling

- Sales Ownership: Manage end-to-end sales cycles - from first call to negotiation, closure, and handover

- Problem Solving: Navigate objections, delayed decisions, or complex requirements with smart, proactive thinking

What You Must Bring:

- Proven sales experience in Electronics Manufacturing / EMS / SMT domain

- Strong communication and consultative selling skills

- Ability to solve sales roadblocks independently and work with minimal supervision

- Track record of closing high-value B2B deals
