About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships with our top restaurant partners. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, improve partner experience, and ensure sustainable growth on the platform. This role requires a strong balance of relationship management, data-driven decision-making, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Own a portfolio of key restaurant accounts and act as their primary point of contact

- Drive revenue growth, order volume, and retention through strategic account planning

- Analyze restaurant performance metrics (orders, cancellations, ratings, SLA adherence) and recommend actionable improvements

- Lead menu optimization, pricing strategy, and campaign adoption to maximize visibility and conversion

- Work with internal teams (Ops, Marketing, Product, Support) to resolve issues and improve partner experience

- Identify and reduce rejections, cancellations, and downtime, ensuring smooth order flow

- Ensure restaurants comply with platform standards, policies, and onboarding requirements

- Support new launches, expansions, and pilots with key partners

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Client Success, or Partnerships

- Experience working with F&B, e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer tech is a strong plus

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear actions

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- High ownership mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments

- Comfortable with targets, deadlines, and ambiguity
