RapidData Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate implementation.

- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact analysis.

- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.

- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Strong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

- Proficiency in documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or similar.

- Experience in data-driven or technology-focused projects is a plus.

- Location: Mumbai candidates preferred or those willing to relocate.
