He/she will be accountable for managing many open positions and flex to address the highly diverse and at times significant volume of recruitment priorities across the organization. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will: - Identify the organization's needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy - including Employer Brand efforts - to improve recruitment and business performance - Work closely with hiring managers to understand key recruiting goals and milestones for the team & develop the hiring strategies. - Visit career and job fairs. - Plan procedures for improving the candidate's experience. - Maintain and improve a keen understanding of the requirements for each role & create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position. - Own full cycle recruitment & implement best practices in hiring issues and procedures. - Manage searches toward optimal performance, including upgrading talent. - Build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our required positions.
