Role Overview:
- As an AGM - Marketing, you will lead the strategy and execution of national and regional marketing initiatives aimed at increasing awareness, consideration, and walk-ins for Infinity Learn.
- You will work closely with sales, academic, and regional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent marketing across more than 100 centres nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2C Marketing Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop a strong B2C marketing positioning tailored to parents and students across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities.
- Translate national marketing objectives into region-specific campaigns and assets.
- Align marketing strategy with quarterly and annual enrolment targets.
2. Integrated Campaign Management (ATL, BTL, Digital Sync):
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns using ATL (TV, print, outdoor, cinema), BTL (hoardings, brochures, school outreach), and digital amplification.
- Sync messaging across offline and digital channels for maximum reach and recall.
3. Market Insights & Consumer Research:
- Conduct consumer insight studies and competitive benchmarking to identify regional trends and preferences.
- Track marketing health metrics including awareness, recall, NPS, and sentiment.
4. Events, Activations & Community Engagement:
- Design and implement marketing activations like scholarship drives, talent hunts, felicitation events, and school engagement programs.
- Enable regional teams to run micro-events and community-driven campaigns.
5. Partnerships & Influencer Engagement:
- Collaborate with schools, educational consultants, and local influencers to boost marketing presence and credibility.
- Lead co-marketed and partnership-based engagements aligned with student-parent communities.
6. Vendor & Agency Management:
- Manage creative, media, event, and printing agencies to deliver quality output on time and within budget.
- Oversee vendor performance and ensure adherence to marketing guidelines.
7. Budget Ownership & ROI:
- Manage the marketing budget with a focus on cost-effectiveness and high ROI.
- Maintain dashboards for tracking campaign performance, lead flow, and walk-ins.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must-Haves:
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- 10-12 years of B2C marketing experience with a proven track record in executing high impact campaigns.
- Proven expertise in building and scaling online, e-commerce, and EdTech brands.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Good-to-Have:
- Exposure to Tier 2/3 markets and their cultural nuances.
- Experience in education/test prep or EdTech marketing.
- Knowledge of local and regional media planning and execution.
Key Success Metrics:
- Growth in marketing awareness, recall, and preference scores.
- Increase in qualified walk-ins and lead-to-admission conversions.
- ROI from ATL/BTL marketing initiatives.
- Scale and impact of regional marketing events and school engagement.
