Role Overview:

- Drive sales and business development for telecom and smart building solutions

- Build strong relationships with real estate developers and key stakeholders

- Own revenue growth, client acquisition, and account expansion

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in telecom and digital infrastructure

- Drive sales of FTTx fiber networks, smart building, and connectivity solutions

- Build and manage relationships with real estate developers, consultants, and partners

- Achieve assigned revenue, order booking, and growth targets

- Lead end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure

- Collaborate with technical, project, and operations teams to design customized solutions

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement

- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Achievement of sales revenue and order booking targets

- Growth in new client acquisition and key account penetration

- Conversion rate of opportunities to closed deals

- Strength and longevity of client relationships

- Accuracy and visibility of sales pipeline and forecasts

- Contribution to brand presence in the real estate and telecom ecosystem

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 4-8 years of experience in telecom sales or business development

- Proven exposure to selling infrastructure or technology solutions

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field

Skill Sets:

- Strong business development and consultative selling skills

- In-depth knowledge of telecom infrastructure and smart building solutions

- Understanding of FTTx fiber networks and in-building connectivity

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities

- Relationship management and stakeholder engagement expertise

- Strategic thinking with strong execution focus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools
