Role Overview:
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as the primary financial strategist for the organization, overseeing the entire fiscal health of the company. You will work closely with the Board of Directors and the senior leadership team to translate business goals into actionable financial plans. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing capital allocation, ensuring rigorous compliance, and providing data-backed insights that drive long-term profitability. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee comprehensive financial modeling to evaluate investment opportunities, operational efficiency, and potential market expansion risks.
- Manage all aspects of corporate taxation, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations while optimizing the company's tax position.
- Direct internal and external audit processes to maintain high standards of financial reporting and corporate governance.
- Implement proactive risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial exposure in a volatile market.
- Partner with department heads to monitor performance metrics, providing actionable financial intelligence to improve bottom-line results.
- Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and capital structure optimization.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy and corporate finance, with a proven track record of managing complex P&L responsibilities for mid-to-large scale organizations.
- Exceptional ability to communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making at the board level.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools, with a deep understanding of accounting standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor finance teams and foster a culture of accountability and precision.
- A professional qualification such as CA or MBA (Finance) from a premier institute is Mandatory.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Delhi, maintaining a hands-on approach to operational financial management.
- 12 - 22 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within the manufacturing or electronics distribution industry.
