Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including timely general ledger close

- Prepare and submit Financial Statements in accordance with IGAAP/IFRS, Local Corporate Tax reports, and Other financial reports to Revenue/Statutory authorities/Auditors

- Examine financial accounts for fraud /errors & establish / enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles

- Assess, create, and enhance departmental controls, systems, and practices

- Ensure that financial records, policies, and practices comply with corporate and country laws and requirements

- Recruit, educate, and inspire accounting department team members

- Providing support for internal and external audits

- Collaborate with other Regional and Corporate Teams

- Implementation of new solutions and tools

- Keep up with recent financial industry trends and developments

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidate should be self driven, have a very positive attitude & possess with below qualifications/skills

- CA with experience of 8-12 years.

- Experience in Tally, Quick books, SAP and Excel/PPT.

- Skilled with Accounting Operations requirements
