Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment, talent development, and succession planning.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and reduce turnover.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- SOPs and Policies: Set and implement HR Policies for employees and also SOPs for various HR Tasks.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR processes, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
- Training and Development: Build modules for continuous Training and Development of employees.
