Radon India - Senior Manager - Finance

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to strengthen our financial operations and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

- Analyze financial performance and variances.

- Prepare monthly MIS and financial dashboards.

Accounting & Compliance:

- Oversee daily accounting operations (AR/AP, ledger, reconciliation).

- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc.

- Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory & tax audits.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.

- Manage banking relationships, overdrafts, and credit facilities.

- Plan fund allocation across departments and projects.

Cost Control & Optimization:

- Identify cost-saving opportunities across procurement and operations.

- Analyze manufacturing cost structures and recommend improvements.

- Export & Import Documentation (If Applicable).

- Handle export documentation, forex transactions, and incentive schemes.

- Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and DGFT for compliance.

Key Requirements:

- Education: CA / MBA in Finance / M.Com

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing/export sector.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, Excel, and financial software.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Leadership and team management ability.
