We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead modular kitchen projects, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality execution at client sites. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills with hands-on exposure in interior or modular furniture project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations ensuring timely execution of modular kitchen installations as per project timelines and specifications.
- Oversee and monitor on-site activities adhering to quality standards, safety norms, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients for seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with approved designs and BOQs.
- Monitor resource utilization, workforce productivity, and material consumption at the site.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively, mitigating project delays.
- Maintain project reports, site documentation, work progress updates, and client communication logs.
- Ensure installations are executed as per technical guidelines and design accuracy.
- Facilitate smooth handover of completed sites with proper snag-checking and quality assurance.
- Track project costs, expenses, and escalate variances where required.
Required Skillsets:
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchen systems, site measurements, installation processes, and material handling.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage workforce and site activities independently.
- Strong communication and client-handling capabilities.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
- Sound understanding of project scheduling and workflow coordination.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and project reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple project sites concurrently.
