Growth Head - Tiles & Bathware Division

Location: Ajmer Road, Jaipur

Experience: 56 Years (Tiles / Bathware / Building Materials)


Role Overview:

Radon India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Head to lead and expand our Tiles & Bathware business. The role demands a strategic thinker who can manage the sales team, drive both B2B and B2C business growth, generate high-quality leads, and develop scalable business strategies across multiple markets.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Tiles & Bathware sales vertical across all outlets and cities.

- Build and execute effective strategies for B2B and B2C market penetration.

- Supervise and drive the performance of the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

- Create and execute lead generation campaigns across online and offline platforms.

- Establish strong networks with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and retail customers.

- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize sales strategies.

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for seamless execution.

- Support new outlet expansion, drive local marketing efforts, and ensure brand visibility.

- Present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic business plans to top management.


Key Requirements:

- 8-12 years of experience in sales and business development.

- Mandatory experience in Tiles, Bathware, Interior Solutions, or Building Materials.

- Proven leadership in managing sales teams and multi-location operations.

- Strong understanding of both retail (B2C) and institutional (B2B) sales dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

- Results-driven with a data-oriented approach to decision-making.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proficiency in Sales Management and Sales.

- Strong Analytical Skills and Account Management experience.

- Team Management and leadership skills.
