Regional HR Manager for North and East, Radio Mirchi  Primary responsibility :  Recruitment :   - Participate actively in business meetings and understand demands on Talent  - Manage HR costs through a prudent mix of right talent & sourcing channels  - Map & scan relevant industries for sourcing talent  - Keep working on assessment & selection to allow for the Right Talent to come in  - Work with the line managers to develop a shared understanding of profiles & assessment methodology  - Deliver on manning targets, within cost, quality & turnaround times  Employee Induction :   - Implement induction programs for all new recruits & evaluate execution  - Maintain continuous communication channels with new recruits to allow for smooth On the Job & cultural transition into the Mirchi culture  - Develop variety of training content for making induction process robust & effective  Employee engagement :  - Ensure appropriate touch points through extensive market & station visits & build a rapport with key leadership & managerial talent across stations  - Liase with Station & Functional Heads to identify & nominate people for R&R scheme & provide for a Quality experience  - Bring key employee issues impacting work place morale & culture to stakeholders & contribute to redressal mechanism  - Design & execute the Training plan for the Region through effective liasoning with Corporate HR, Regional Leadership Team & Training Consultants to achieve planned targets on person days & costs  HR Administration :   - Ensure quick redressal to employee queries on policies & admin matters  - Assist in the execution of Performance Cycles  - Ensure right records on all manpower related areas for right decision making  - Adhere to compliance related matters for the region as per the standards set  Team Management :   - Monitor, coach and mentor team member to build high levels of competence in the team  - Spend time with team member in giving feedback on the performance and also in resolving issues / conflicts  Other responsibility :  - Manage training related logistics  - Manage internal audit interface on HR audits  Liaison :  Internal :   - Head - HR  - All Functional and Station Heads operating in the Region  - FIMs for all the stations in the Region  - Regional Programming Head  - Regional Finance Heads  - People Innovation Team   External :   - Placement consultants  - Training Agencies   - Campuses etc
