Role Overview:

The Deputy General Manager - Strategic Growth & Capital Markets will serve as a pivotal leader responsible for steering the company's financial trajectory and long-term capital strategy. This role involves working closely with the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and external financial partners to drive inorganic growth, manage investor relations, and execute complex capital raises. You will act as the primary architect for the company's financial narrative, ensuring that growth initiatives are backed by robust financial modeling and strategic market positioning to maximize shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end execution of capital market transactions, including equity raises and debt structuring, to fuel the company's aggressive expansion plans.

- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, potential acquisitions, and long-term business growth scenarios.

- Manage investor relations by articulating the company's strategic vision and financial performance to institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders.

- Drive corporate strategy initiatives by identifying new market segments and business development opportunities that align with the company's core competencies.

- Oversee valuation exercises for internal projects and potential M&A targets to ensure optimal capital allocation and risk mitigation.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in investment banking or corporate finance, with a proven track record of managing capital market transactions and complex financial valuations.
