Radial is a leading B2C eCommerce fulfillment solutions provider, powering customer experiences for mid-market and enterprise brands. The organization specializes in scalable fulfillment, transportation, and order management solutions across North America.


Role Overview:


We are seeking a high-impact Sales Director to drive revenue growth across the North American portfolio, including fulfillment, transportation, and order management solutions.


This is a strategic "hunter" role, focused on acquiring new logo clients while also expanding revenue within existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong enterprise sales background within retail, supply chain, or fulfillment technology environments and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:


- Own the full sales cycle for new retail and brand acquisitions.


- Develop named account strategies and penetration plans.


- Identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise opportunities.


- Consistently exceed annual revenue targets.


Strategic Account Engagement:


- Build and maintain executive-level relationships (C-suite & VP level).


- Develop ROI-driven value propositions tailored to enterprise clients.


- Engage multi-level stakeholders across Business, Operations, IT, and Supply Chain.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Partner with Operations, Account Management, Transportation, and Senior Leadership teams.


- Coordinate with pre-sales and professional services teams for solution alignment.


- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.


Market Expansion:


- Cross-sell into existing clients.


- Leverage industry networks and third-party relationships.


- Position complex, long-cycle, high-value solutions effectively.


Candidate Profile:


Experience & Background:


- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience.


- Proven track record selling to Tier 1 and Tier 2 retailers (preferred).


- Experience in fulfillment, logistics, transportation, or retail technology solutions is highly desirable.


- Strong new logo acquisition track record.


- Demonstrated history of quota attainment in high-value solution sales.

- Ability to articulate ROI-driven value propositions.


- Strategic networking and relationship-building capabilities.


- Self-starter mindset with strong pipeline generation skills.

Education:


- Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
