Key Responsibilities
CEO Office & Leadership Support
- Support the CEO in managing priorities and follow-through on key initiatives.
- Attend leadership meetings, capture action items, and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and briefs.
Strategy & Business Planning
- Support development of group and business-level strategies.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
- Build business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses.
- Support annual planning and budgeting processes.
Strategic Project Management & Execution
- Drive execution of CEO-sponsored strategic initiatives.
- Translate strategy into execution roadmaps with KPIs.
- Track progress, risks, and outcomes through governance mechanisms.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with business and functional leaders.
- Improve workflows, execution quality, and timelines.
- Influence outcomes through collaboration.
Executive Reporting & MIS
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Provide data-driven insights for leadership decisions.
- Track and report progress of strategic initiatives.
Growth & Special Initiatives
- Support evaluation of new business opportunities.
- Monitor market and industry trends.
- Assist leadership in scaling operations and profitability.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
- MBA from a reputed Indian or global business school (preferred).
Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in the CEO's Office, Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or PMO roles.
- Prior experience with top-tier management consulting firms (preferably McKinsey knowledge Center) is highly desirable.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership, founders, or CXOs is strongly preferred.
