Key Responsibilities:

- Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment agencies.

- Post job openings and manage applicant flow effectively.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Maintain and update records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Follow-up Management System (FMS).

- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Support junior team members in recruitment drives and related projects.

- Prepare recruitment reports and assist with HR operations and compliance tasks.

- Actively participate in employee engagement and other corporate HR activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- 5-7 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Strong exposure to various recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.

Skills Required:

- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented with time management abilities.

- Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS systems.

- Capable of handling multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.
