- Lead and inspire the creative team, including art directors, copywriters, designers, and other creatives, to develop innovative and impactful concepts across various mediums and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with account management teams and clients to understand project objectives, audience insights, and brand guidelines, translating them into creative strategies and solutions.
- Conceptualize and oversee the development of creative campaigns, from ideation and pitching to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals, brand identity, and industry trends.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to creative team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence in creative execution.
- Lead client presentations and pitches, effectively communicating creative concepts, strategies, and value propositions to key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices, infusing innovative ideas and approaches into projects and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, strategy, production, and digital teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution of creative initiatives.
- Manage creative budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality.
Qualification Required: MBA from top tier Management Schools in India or abroad
Experience Required - 8-10 years of experience in the industry.
Skills/ Competencies Required:
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating creative teams to deliver outstanding work and meet project objectives.
- Exceptional creative thinking, conceptualization, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to effectively convey ideas, concepts, and strategies to internal teams and clients.
- Deep understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing principles, with the ability to translate client briefs and objectives into compelling creative solutions.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, along with a solid understanding of digital platforms and technologies.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading creative pitches, client presentations, and stakeholder meetings, showcasing persuasive communication and strategic thinking.
- Creative portfolio demonstrating a range of successful campaigns, projects, and executions across various mediums (print, digital, video, social media, etc.).
