Job Title: Senior YouTube Partnerships & CMS Integration Manager
Role Overview:
We are a YouTube MCN looking for a senior, well-networked professional who can build, onboard, and scale partnerships across creators, content owners, vendors, and catalogues. This role is critical to expanding our CMS-linked ecosystem, driving revenue, and strengthening our YouTube operations.
The ideal candidate brings existing industry relationships, deep understanding of YouTube CMS / Content ID, and the ability to onboard partners end-to-end from deal closure to technical integration.
Key Responsibilities:Partnerships & Business Development:- Identify, pitch, and onboard content partners, labels, studios, aggregators, and catalog owners
- Leverage existing relationships to bring ready catalogues into the MCN
- Negotiate commercial terms (rev-share, licensing, exclusivity, territory, duration)
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with creators, vendors, and IP owners
YouTube CMS & Onboarding:- Oversee onboarding of partners and catalogues into YouTube CMS / Content ID
- Ensure accurate metadata, asset structuring, ownership rules, and policies
- Coordinate with internal CMS, rights, and operations teams for smooth integration
- Troubleshoot CMS-related issues (claims, disputes, conflicts, monetization errors)
Vendor & Ecosystem Management:- Onboard and manage technology vendors, music distributors, rights management partners
- Evaluate vendors for scalability, compliance, and monetization efficiency
- Act as the primary point of contact between partners and internal teams
Strategy & Growth:- Develop onboarding playbooks and scalable processes for partner acquisition
- Track performance of onboarded catalogues (claims, revenue, disputes, growth)
- Identify new revenue opportunities via catalogue expansion, platform features, and formats
Required Experience & Skills:Must-Have:- 6-10+ years experience in YouTube MCN, music label, digital media, or rights management
- Strong working knowledge of YouTube CMS, Content ID, asset types, policies, and monetization
- Proven ability to bring existing partners / catalogues (not just prospect)
- Experience negotiating content licensing and revenue-sharing deals
- Strong network across creators, labels, studios, and digital rights owners
Good-to-Have:- Experience onboarding music, film, TV, or regional language catalogues
- Familiarity with copyright law, takedowns, disputes, and claims management
- Experience working with global or multi-territory catalogues
- Prior experience at a YouTube Partner Manager, MCN, label, or aggregator

Reporting Structure:
- Reports to: Head of MCN / Digital Partnerships
- Works closely with: CMS Ops, Rights Management, Finance, Legal, Creator Success
