Creative Strategist

Experience 3 to 5 years crafting influencer concepts and narratives. You turn a brief into ideas, mockups, and a deck the client can say yes to. You then help Ops land it.

Why this role exists:

You shape the story. You turn brand goals into clear creative that creators want to make and audiences want to watch.

What you will do:

- Lead discovery on the brief, audience, and competitive landscape.

- Develop creative territories, big ideas, and content formats per platform.

- Write scripts, hooks, and talking points that fit each creator's voice.

- Produce mockups and reference cuts that show the idea quickly.

- Build pitch decks with simple flows, clean layouts, and real examples.

- Partner with Sales in pitches and with Ops on deliverables and guardrails.

- Plan tests and learning agendas. Feed insights back into the next pitch.

- Keep every concept compliant with platform and disclosure rules.

What you bring:

- Strong portfolio of short-form and long-form social ideas.

- Clear writing. You can sell an idea in six lines.

- Solid taste for trends, formats, and creator styles.

- Comfort working with budget and timing constraints.

- Figma, Google Slides, or Keynote skills. Clean decks matter.

- You care about details, and you also know when to move.

- KRAs and example targets

- Pitch win rate. Contribute to 40 percent or better on qualified pitches where you led creative.

- Concept acceptance. 70 percent of first-round concepts approved with minor edits.

- Time to deck. Standard first draft within 3 business days of brief.

- Performance lift. For retained clients, achieve a 15 percent lift in view-through rate or watch time vs their last campaign baseline.

- Reuse and scalability. Create at least 3 modular templates or playbooks per quarter that Ops can run at scale.

- Compliance - Zero critical compliance failures tied to creative direction.

- Creator fit. 90 percent of assigned creators rate the brief as clear and workable.
