Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will be responsible for managing taxation, receivables, and related accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of direct/indirect taxation, GST, TDS, and proven expertise in receivables management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts receivable process: raising invoices, tracking collections, and reconciling outstanding payments.

- Ensure timely follow-up with clients/agencies for payment realization.

- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including return filings and reconciliations.

- Support in audits, tax assessments, and coordination with statutory auditors.

- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

- Prepare MIS reports for receivables and taxation.

- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities- Provision ,Prepaid Sheets and managing other similar sheets.

Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and receivable management.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

- Experience in media/digital/advertising industry preferred but not mandatory.

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Excel.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
