About the Role

As a Consultant, you will work on live client engagements focused on solving operations and supply chain problems. You will take ownership of specific workstreams, supporting problem solving, analysis, solution development, and implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

- Own defined workstreams from problem understanding to solution development and implementation support

- Work closely with client teams across environments: shop floor, warehouses, offices, and leadership discussions

- Perform structured analysis to solve business problems using data and logical reasoning

- Develop client deliverables, including presentations, reports, models, and dashboards

- Support implementation by working alongside client teams to ensure solutions are executed.

Analysis and Problem Solving

- Analyse business performance using operational and financial data

- Support the development of process maps, diagnostics, and improvement opportunities

- Conduct primary research (interviews, discussions) and secondary research (industry, benchmarks)

- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Team and Client Interaction

- Work closely with Engagement Managers and senior team members

- Participate in the client discussions and working sessions

- Communicate findings and progress clearly to internal and client teams

- Make presentations to the client when the manager asks.

Requirements:

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree

- 2-5 years of experience in in consulting, analytics, or relevant industry roles.

- Preferred exposure to one or more of the following: Supply Chain / Operations, Manufacturing / Process Improvement, Analytics / Business Analysis, or Warehousing / Logistics

- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Willingness to travel for client engagements
