About the Role:

Job Role Business Consultant

- Client facing Live customer projects Interaction with top management and learning the ropes of business from leaders

- Report to Internal Project Lead with exposure to seasoned industry experts

- Fast growth in a rapidly growing firm - Exposure to various functions & industries

During Project Delivery:

Independent management of work streams: from problem structuring and solutioning to implementation with client teams

- Work with the client team on the ground, be it shop floor, sales field, office room, or the board room

- Development of client deliverables including presentations, reports, models and dashboards

Non Project time/Research:

- Design & conduct primary research through questionnaires & interviews

- Conduct secondary research, analyse quantitative data (like financial statements) to identify trends & draw insights

- Contribute to internal initiatives such as knowledge management, technology building, business development etc.

Requirements:

- MBA (Master of Business Administration) or MS in a specialized field (e.g., Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Strategy) or 2-3 years of experience in consulting

- Thorough working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power point & MS Word

- Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced, highly engaging, client service environment

- Willingness to travel for work (when required, often every week, all 5 days)
