Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end mobile testing efforts, focusing on Android devices, ensuring seamless user experiences and functionality.

- Perform comprehensive functional and performance testing for mobile applications and firmware on mobile phones and AIoT devices.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of features.

- Track and report on test progress, providing insights for quality improvements.

Job Requirements:

- 6-11 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test execution, process improvement, and quality tracking.

- Familiarity with Android device testing and manual testing techniques.

- Strong skills in Root Cause Analysis and the ability to create clear, actionable RCA reports that lead to process and product improvements.

- Proven experience in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation.

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous quality improvement Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
