About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Leader in Operations and Sales to lead the expansion of our AI-powered lung cancer solution to the US market.

This is a midsenior, and hands-on role in a highly execution-focused environment, where product decisions directly impact revenue conversion, throughput, cost efficiency, and the reliability of on-ground operations.

You will work across multiple U.healthcare clients and channel/vendor partnerships, collaborating closely with end users, system administrators, and IT teams to translate complex workflows and gaps into tailored solutions.

You will own prompt requirements and engineering to ensure agentic workflows function effectively, take accountability for NPS by driving rigorous quality assurance sign-offs, and define and monitor analytics as needed.

While the role offers strong influence on product roadmap and release planning, it also demands depth stepping in to guide teams on workflows, system design, and PRDs, especially in situations involving high ambiguity, scale, or risk.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Solution Architecture & Scoping: Own end-to-end outcomes across the lead-to-install lifecycle by scoping client requirements, integration mapping, and implementation readiness to translate complex clinical workflows into AI-enabled solutions.

- Agentic AI Ownership: Lead the prompt engineering and logic design for AI agents, ensuring high-performance automated workflows function reliably within client-specific environments, with continuous optimization based on performance data and clinical accuracy.

- Product Strategy and Oversight: Influence product roadmaps and release planning by validating client insights, identifying bottlenecks and failure points, and balancing short-term execution with long-term scalability and resilience; act as the bridge between frontline feedback and internal product teams.

- Client Success & NPS: Manage multi-channel partnerships and diverse healthcare portfolios to ensure clinical alignment, driving top-tier NPS within the first 3 months of site onboarding.

- Quality Governance: Serve as the final authority for last-mile client QA, ensuring all solutions meet rigorous healthcare industry standards and specific user needs.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment and manage trade-off decisions across Business Development, Operations, and Engineering to ensure project velocity and technical integrity.

- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze system performance data to provide actionable insights, ensuring agentic workflows are continuously optimized for efficiency and clinical accuracy.

- Sales & Growth Enablement: Architect high-impact product collaterals.

including demos, pitch-decks, battlecards one-pagers to equip BD and CS teams with the tools needed to close deals.

- Customer Advocacy: Act as the "Voice of the Customer," leveraging a deep understanding of payer and end-user needs to ensure feedback is effectively integrated into the product lifecycle.

Skills & Expertise:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.

- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in AI, B2B SaaS, or Healthcare companies.

- Experience with AI/ML-powered products is a strong plus.

- Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong presentation and public speaking skills.

This role requires frequent travel to the US.
