Job Description:
The Senior Director Sales, will drive the revenue growth for Qure and will build on this success and grow the business further, working with existing and new opportunities.
The Senior Director will work directly with the regional team to grow the sales opportunity funnel, bring rigor, discipline and intelligence into the sales process, engage key funders; all with the clear aim of growing the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage regional sales team to grow Qure revenue growth.
- Drive sales discipline and strategy.
- Execute with team to grow sales funnel and Qure revenue.
- Partner cross functionally with client success, marketing, product teams to ensure focus on Qures revenue growth.
- Champion Qure at relevant global events.
Skills & Expertise:
- Successful track record in sales, ideally in healthcare in Low and Middle Income Countries.
- Proven experience of managing sales team and working with cross functional teams.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior decision-makers across governments and partnering agencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth while delivering impact-driven solutions.
- Passion for healthcare innovation, AI, and driving growth.
