Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Director Lung Cancer to lead Qures US strategy and execution for oncology marketing, with a primary focus on lung cancer AI solutions.

Qure has been actively selling AI diagnosis and patient management solutions in the US market with a strong focus on oncology, and this role will be instrumental in expanding that impact.

The Marketing Director will lead the US oncology marketing plan, reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and with a dotted line to the Chief Business Officer of Global Health.

The role will work closely with the US sales leadership team to align strategic and commercial needs, while collaborating with the global PR and marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution of the plan.

This is a critical role to strengthen Qures presence among US healthcare providers, pharma and medtech companies, payors, advocacy networks, and lung cancer screening programs, positioning Qure as the AI partner of choice in oncology.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Strategize, design, and execute the go-to-market strategy for Qures Lung Cancer AI solutions in the US, including positioning, messaging, and marketing plans targeted at key decision makers.

- Understand emerging themes in AI diagnostics and oncology to shape compelling value-driven marketing narratives for Qure.

- Develop and drive integrated marketing campaigns that support commercial goals, generate leads, and build brand awareness through trade media, advocacy events, digital outreach, and virtual engagements.

- Engage and build partnerships with key stakeholders oncology KOLs, advocacy groups, lung cancer screening programs, health systems, payors, and pharma/device companies to drive adoption and market expansion.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with US sales leadership, the wider global marketing team, and PR partners to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns.

- Position Qure as the AI partner of choice for healthcare providers, technology companies, pharma, and medtech partners in the US.

- Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance, continuously improving outcomes tied to pipeline growth, engagement, and adoption.

- Lead and mentor marketing resources/vendors in the US as the function scales, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Qures brand values.

Skills & Expertise:

- Deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including provider networks, payors, and pharma/medtech landscape.

- Based in India, this role plays a critical role in driving our US marketing agenda.

- The position requires close collaboration with US-based stakeholders, comfort working across time zones, and periodic travel (~30%) to the US to support strategic initiatives and critical relationships.

- 710 years of marketing or strategy consulting experience, with a strong ability to craft compelling value and benefit messaging.

- Background in healthcare, medtech, pharma, or health services; oncology or lung cancer experience is a strong plus.

- Proven track record of working with global clients and cross-functional teams across varying seniority levels.

- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments (start-up/scale-up experience is a plus).

- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and manage high-performing teams.
