Qure.ai - Associate Product Manager

- We are looking for a passionate Associate Product Manager to join our team and help build and scale AI-driven solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with senior product managers to define product vision, roadmap, and execution plans

- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver high-quality AI-powered products

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities

- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories

- Assist in prioritizing product backlog based on business impact and user needs

- Monitor product performance using data and analytics, and drive continuous improvements

- Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches and adoption

- Stay updated with latest trends in AI, healthcare, and product management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in Product Management

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies

- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, data-driven decision making, or digital products

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

- Basic understanding of healthcare domain is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with AI/ML-based products or platforms

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, SQL, or analytics tools

- Engineering or technical background preferred

- MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
