About the role:

- As the Talent Acquisition Lead, GTM, you will play a strategic role in driving our global hiring efforts across the GTM function.

- You'll be responsible for building and scaling recruitment processes that attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.

- This high-impact role is central to our global growth strategy.

- You'll work closely with senior leadership to anticipate business needs, develop proactive hiring plans, and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.

- By optimizing systems, tools, and processes, you'll enable efficient, data-driven hiring that meets the demands of a fast-paced, scaling global organization.

What you'll do:

- Drive and execute the talent acquisition strategy for GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and related leadership roles in alignment with the company's global growth plans.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing talent acquisition GTM team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Partner with GTM leadership and hiring managers to forecast headcount needs, define role requirements, and build scalable, proactive hiring plans.

- Leverage data and recruitment metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies, optimize processes, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

- Ensure timely, high-quality hiring while maintaining strong alignment with business goals and talent standards.

- An experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with a strong track record of hiring for GTM roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- A strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can seamlessly shift between operational and strategic priorities.

- Data-driven and analytical, with a focus on using metrics to optimize recruitment effectiveness and decision-making.

- An exceptional communicator and collaborator, skilled at building trusted relationships and effectively engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels.
